SEPT 2011***Carbonara Labs Inc Acquisition** Carp Industries is pleased to announce that it has acquired Carbonara Labs Inc from Mr. Bob Rapp effective September 1 2011.  Carbonara Labs has been manufacturing products for the United States Military for over 40 years.  We have set up manufacturing and integrated all the inventory and drawings for the manufacture of the Stadimeters, Azimuth Circle and Synchro Transmitter. 

AUG 2010***AMI (Avionics Mounts Inc.) Distribution*** Carp has just signed a Distributor agreement with AMI to supply their Instrument Mounting Clamps, Cases and Bezels. Carp has previously worked with the people who own AMI for many years and we are sure that this will be a successful business relationship.

JULY 2010 ***Aerosonic Parts*** Carp is now providing Aerosonic Instrument Spares in addition to the exclusive relation we have in the US for the AOA and Stall Warning Systems.  We look forward to expanding our Inventory to give our customers the best service.

JULY 2010***ISO9001-2008 Audit*** Audit cycle has been completed for the 2010 year and we have extended our ISO Registration for another year. Congratulations to the Quality Control Department and all who contributed.

ISO9000-2000 (2002 News Archive) Carp Industries, Corp. has just have completed and passed the initial audit on August 29, 2002. We are now ISO9000-2000 certified.

New Division (2002 News Archive) Carp Industries, Corp. is expanding into the Marine Business. We have started a new Division,Carp Coastal Marine Inc. We will be repairing/overhauling & installing new Gas & Diesel Engines in Boats. Initially we are servicing Brevard, Indian River & St. Lucie County Florida.
